Nobita's typical day consists of arriving late to school, falling asleep during class, rating zero (0%) (F's in the British dub) on his testing, getting scolded by his instructor, being teased by his classmates Gian and Suneo, slipping in the curbside rainfall gutters, getting chased by dogs after mistakenly moving on their tails, getting grounded by his mother for not doing his home work, and being bullied by all his friends except Shizuka, who remembers Nobita's kind heart and cares for him. He is a coward who is frightened by almost everything also, particularly ghosts, and a cry-baby (a working gag in the show has Nobita crying and asking for Doraemon to draw out his gadgets, generally at the start of the tv show). He dislikes taking place outdoor activities along with his interest being taking an afternoon reading or nap comics, right after school usually. In fact, sleeping and comic book reading are most likely his only true hobbies; one story features Nobita falling in three seconds just by closing his eyes asleep, while in others he chooses sleep over important events, such as watching the first sunrise on New Year's Day. The thing preventing him from residing at home all the right time, other than tinkering with Doraemon's devices, is Gian and Suneo bullying him to take part in baseball game titles or criticisms from his parents and Doraemon to venture out and play.Regardless of the above flaws, Nobita is portrayed to be kind-hearted usually, emotional, honest, occasionally hard-working (like when he enters a wager along with his friends) and sometimes courageous. He has often risked his life to help save others or even whole civilizations in full-length experiences. Though he is shown to be academically poor, the real reason for it is principally his laziness, and he has also anchored good markings in multiple episodes, proving his credentials. Nobita can be very serious and sensible sometimes. Nobita is weak at most things but has some strengths. For example, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora a child. He can weave excellent string numbers also, is a superb archer, and a good comic booklet critic quite, due to the large amount of your energy he spends on reading them. He is also very creative as it pertains to utilizing Doraemon's devices (in a single episode, he found a way to profitably use a gizmo called 'the broadcasting mirror', for advertising, even when Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for this).In the initial record where Doraemon didn't interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he adores Shizuka), never sees a good job, starts off his own business, and eventually goes bankrupt. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid all these from happening, as observed in several episodes in which they travel to the future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
