Apart from Nobita, Gian, and Suneo, Shizuka is also near to classmate and popular college student Dekisugi making Nobita jealous; though they consider each other only as friends, Nobita often will try to alongside one another prevent them from heading.In the shut captioning of Doraemon's Time Capsule, her Japanese name is maintained while donating her diary to the capsule.
