He's a coward who is worried by almost everything also, ghosts particularly, and a cry-baby (a jogging gag in the show has Nobita crying and asking for Doraemon to draw out his gadgets, usually at the start of the episode). He has often risked his life to help save others or even whole civilizations in full-length testimonies. Though he is been shown to be poor academically, the real reason for it is his laziness principally, and he in addition has anchored good markings in multiple shows, proving his credentials. Nobita can be quite in charge and serious sometimes. Nobita is weak at most things but does have some strengths. For example, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora the Kid. He is able to weave excellent string results also, is a superb archer, and a reasonably good comic reserve critic, owing to the large amount of their time he spends on reading them. He is also very creative as it pertains to utilizing Doraemon's gizmos (in a single episode, he found a way to use a device called 'the broadcasting mirror' profitably, for advertising, even though Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for this).In the original history where Doraemon didn't interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he is in love with Shizuka), never discovers a good job, starts off his own business, and eventually goes bankrupt. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to prevent each one of these from happening, as seen in several episodes in which they travel to the near future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
