Nobita Nobi*, Nobita Nobi
Nobita's typical day involves arriving late to school, falling during class asleep, rating zero (0%) (F's in the English dub) on his lab tests, getting scolded by his educator, being teased by his classmates Gian and Suneo, dropping in the curbside rainfall gutters, getting chased by dogs after moving on the tails mistakenly, getting grounded by his mom for not concluding his home work, and being bullied by all his friends except Shizuka, who remembers Nobita's kind center and cares for him. He's a coward who is worried by almost anything also, particularly ghosts, and a cry-baby (a working gag in the show has Nobita crying and asking for Doraemon to draw out his gadgets, mainly at the beginning of the episode). He dislikes happening outdoor activities with his interest being taking an afternoon nap or reading comics, usually right after school. In fact, sleeping and comic e book reading are his only true interests probably; one story features Nobita falling in three seconds just by closing his eyes asleep, while in others he chooses sleep over important events, such as watching the first sunrise on New Year's Day. The thing preventing him from staying at home all the right time, other than experimenting with Doraemon's gizmos, is Gian and Suneo bullying him to participate in baseball game titles or criticisms from his parents and Doraemon to venture out and play.Regardless of the above flaws, Nobita is usually portrayed to be kind-hearted, emotional, honest, once in a while hard-working (like when he enters a wager along with his friends) and sometimes courageous. He has often risked his life to assist in saving others or even complete civilizations in full-length tales. Though he's been shown to be academically poor, the reason behind it is his laziness principally, and he has anchored good marks in multiple shows also, proving his qualifications. Nobita can be very dependable and serious at times. Nobita is weak for the most part things but does have some strengths. For instance, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora a child. They can also weave excellent string results, is a superb archer, and a fairly good comic reserve critic, due to the huge amount of time he spends on reading them. He is also very creative as it pertains to utilizing Doraemon's gizmos (in one episode, he found a way to use a gadget called 'the broadcasting mirror' profitably, for advertising, even though Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for this). In the initial background where Doraemon didn't interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he is in love with Shizuka), never confirms a good job, starts his own business, and eventually goes bankrupt. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid all these from happening, as observed in several episodes in which they happen to be the near future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
