Doraemon in Nobita and the Island of Miracles.jpg Doraemon Wiki
Nobita's typical day involves arriving overdue to school, falling asleep during class, scoring zero (0%) (F's in the British dub) on his assessments, getting scolded by his professor, being teased by his classmates Gian and Suneo, dropping in the curbside rainwater gutters, getting chased by pups after mistakenly stepping on the tails, getting grounded by his mom for not concluding his research, and being bullied by all his friends except Shizuka, who remembers Nobita's kind heart and cares for him. He is a coward who's terrified by almost anything also, particularly ghosts, and a cry-baby (a working gag in the show has Nobita crying and asking for Doraemon to bring out his gadgets, mostly at the start of the occurrence). He dislikes occurring outdoor activities with his interest being taking an afternoon reading or nap comics, right after school usually. In fact, sleeping and comic book reading are most likely his only true hobbies; one story features Nobita falling in three seconds simply by closing his eyes asleep, while in others he chooses sleep over important events, such as watching the first sunrise on New Year's Day. The thing stopping him from residing at home all the right time, other than tinkering with Doraemon's gadgets, is Gian and Suneo bullying him to participate in baseball game titles or criticisms from his parents and Doraemon to go out and play.Despite the above flaws, Nobita is portrayed to be kind-hearted usually, emotional, honest, occasionally hard-working (like when he gets into a wager along with his friends) and sometimes courageous. He has often risked his life to assist in saving others or even complete civilizations in full-length tales. Though he is been shown to be poor academically, the reason behind it is his laziness principally, and he in addition has anchored good grades in multiple episodes, proving his qualifications. Nobita can be very serious and in charge at times. Nobita is weak at most things but has some strengths. For example, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora the Kid. They can also weave excellent string results, is a superb archer, and a good comic publication critic pretty, owing to the large amount of your time he spends on reading them. He's also very creative when it comes to utilizing Doraemon's gadgets (in one episode, he found a way to profitably use a tool called 'the broadcasting mirror', for advertising, even when Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for this). In the original record where Doraemon didn't interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he is in love with Shizuka), never locates a good job, starts his own business, and eventually goes bankrupt. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid all these from happening, as observed in several episodes in which they happen to be the future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
