Feet: Doraemon: Nobita and the Birth of Japan 2016: Shizuka Minamoto
Shizuka Minamoto , nicknamed Shizuka-chan is a good, kind and lovely girl; she is Nobita's best ally and he has a crush on her behalf. She does not shun Nobita due to the latter's failing levels, lazy disposition or constant failures; in truth she attempts to encourage him to do better often, though she usually fails to encourage him. Shizuka likes to take a bath many times a complete day, however, a running gag in the series is the fact Shizuka is often interrupted by Nobita's sudden appearance, usually due to misuse of Doraemon's devices like the Anywhere Door, ending with Shizuka shouting "Disappear completely, pervert!" to Nobita. Her true passions are special potatoes, which she'd alternatively keep to herself from the understanding of others, and the violin, where her playing is really as horrendous as Gian's singing. She is also known for taking piano lessons unwillingly scheduled to her mother's desires (as she loves violin more), which is sometimes grounds for declining to hang out with friends (but she plays piano very well than violin). Shizuka can be an animal enthusiast and retains two household pets at home: your dog, who is preserved from succumbing to health problems by Doraemon and Nobita in one history; and a canary which runs away on multiple occasions and triggering Shizuka and Nobita to run around metropolis hunting her down.Due to Doraemon's intervention, Shizuka will marry Nobita in the future. At the moment, she doesn't have any particular crush (other than on Nobita, whom she secretly likes quite definitely), although she fancies some handsome idols on TV. Other than Nobita, Gian, and Suneo, Shizuka is also near to classmate and popular pupil Dekisugi which makes Nobita jealous; though they consider the other person only as friends, Nobita often will try to jointly prevent them from going. In the shut captioning of Doraemon's Time Capsule, her Japanese name is retained while donating her diary to the capsule. It might be an error.
