They can weave excellent string statistics also, is a great archer, and a fairly good comic publication critic, owing to the huge amount of their time he spends on reading them. He is also very creative as it pertains to utilizing Doraemon's devices (in a single episode, he found a way to profitably use a gadget called 'the broadcasting mirror', for advertising, even though Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for it).In the original record where Doraemon didn't interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he adores Shizuka), never sees a good job, starts off his own business, and goes bankrupt eventually. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid each one of these from happening, as observed in several episodes where they travel to the near future.
