, Doraemon, Doraemon Character, Nobi Nobita, Fighting, Dual Wield
Nobita's typical day contains arriving past due to school, falling during class asleep, rating zero (0%) (F's in the English dub) on his exams, getting scolded by his educator, being teased by his classmates Gian and Suneo, falling in the curbside rainwater gutters, getting chased by dogs after stepping on their tails mistakenly, getting grounded by his mom for not doing his home work, and being bullied by all his friends except Shizuka, who remembers Nobita's kind heart and cares for him. He's also a coward who's frightened by almost everything, particularly ghosts, and a cry-baby (a working gag in the show has Nobita crying and asking for Doraemon to bring out his gadgets, largely at the beginning of the event). He dislikes going on outdoor activities along with his interest being taking an afternoon reading or nap comics, right after school usually. In fact, sleeping and comic book reading are probably his only true hobbies; one story features Nobita falling asleep in three seconds just by closing his eyes, while in others he chooses sleep over important events, such as watching the first sunrise on New Year's Day. The thing halting him from staying at home on a regular basis, other than experimenting with Doraemon's devices, is Gian and Suneo bullying him to take part in baseball game titles or criticisms from his parents and Doraemon to go out and play.Regardless of the above flaws, Nobita is usually portrayed as being kind-hearted, emotional, honest, sometimes hard-working (like when he gets into a wager with his friends) and sometimes courageous. He has often risked his life to help save others or even complete civilizations in full-length reviews. Though he is been shown to be academically poor, the real reason for it is his laziness principally, and he has secured good marks in multiple episodes also, proving his credentials. Nobita can be quite dependable and serious sometimes. Nobita is weak at most things but has some strengths. For instance, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora the Kid. He is able to also weave excellent string results, is a great archer, and a good comic booklet critic reasonably, due to the huge amount of your energy he spends on reading them. He is also very creative when it comes to utilizing Doraemon's devices (in a single episode, he found a way to use a gizmo called 'the broadcasting mirror' profitably, for advertising, even though Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for it).In the initial history where Doraemon didn't interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he loves Shizuka), never discovers a good job, starts off his own business, and goes bankrupt eventually. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to prevent each one of these from happening, as seen in several episodes where they happen to be the future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
