Suneo Honekawa is the fox-faced (inherited from his mom) wealthy child who loves to flaunt his material riches before everyone, nobita especially. An entire lot of the stories focus on Suneo showing off some new video game, toy or pet which evokes Nobita's envy. He is seen with Gian often, teasing Nobita. He sometimes despises Nobita and makes fun of him often, most often resulting in Nobita engaging in trouble. He also often pushes Nobita aside with silly excuses while he invites Gian and Shizuka to his parties or resorts. However, he's actually one of Nobita's closest friends, who often require his and Doraemon's help. Within the videos, Suneo is usually the one most unwilling to take part in Nobita and Doraemon's escapades, and he also will try to face only a small amount trouble as possible and go home, unless others persuade him, making him a coward slightly. He comes with an extensive understanding of science, and is also a talented artist and designer, besides being extremely cunning.In some moments, Suneo is seen as a narcissist who wants to stare at himself in the mirror while showing himself that he is the most attractive guy on earth.
