Doraemon The Movie 2 – Doraemon and the Records of Nobita
Nobita's typical day contains arriving past due to school, falling asleep during class, credit scoring zero (0%) (F's in the English dub) on his testing, getting scolded by his educator, being teased by his classmates Suneo and Gian, dropping in the curbside rain gutters, getting chased by pet dogs after mistakenly moving on their tails, getting grounded by his mother for not doing his home work, and being bullied by all his friends except Shizuka, who remembers Nobita's kind heart and cares for him. He is a coward who is terrified by almost everything also, particularly ghosts, and a cry-baby (a running gag in the show has Nobita crying and asking for Doraemon to bring out his gadgets, largely at the start of the instance). He dislikes happening outdoor activities along with his interest being taking an afternoon reading or nap comics, usually right after school. In fact, sleeping and comic booklet reading are his only true pastimes probably; one story features Nobita falling in three seconds just by closing his eyes asleep, while in others he chooses sleep over important events, such as watching the first sunrise on New Year's Day. The thing stopping him from residing at home all the right time, other than tinkering with Doraemon's devices, is Gian and Suneo bullying him to take part in baseball games or criticisms from his parents and Doraemon to venture out and play.Regardless of the above flaws, Nobita is usually portrayed as being kind-hearted, emotional, honest, sometimes hard-working (like when he gets into a wager along with his friends) and sometimes courageous. He has often risked his life to help save others or even complete civilizations in full-length reports. Though he is shown to be academically poor, the real reason for it is his laziness principally, and he has also anchored good grades in multiple episodes, proving his qualifications. Nobita can be very serious and sensible at times. Nobita is weak at most things but does have some strengths. For instance, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora a child. They can also weave excellent string characters, is a great archer, and a reasonably good comic e book critic, owing to the huge amount of your time he spends on reading them. He is also very creative when it comes to utilizing Doraemon's gizmos (in one episode, he found a way to use a tool called 'the broadcasting mirror' profitably, for advertising, even though Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for this). In the initial record where Doraemon did not interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he enjoys Shizuka), never locates a good job, starts off his own business, and eventually goes bankrupt. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid all these from happening, as observed in several episodes where they happen to be the near future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
