Nobita and Riruru meet each other.
Shizuka Minamoto , nicknamed Shizuka-chan is a smart, kind and very girl; she is Nobita's best friend and he has a crush on her. She does not shun Nobita due to the latter's failing marks, sluggish disposition or frequent failures; in fact she tries to encourage him to do better often, though she does not convince him usually. Shizuka likes to have a bath several times a complete day, however, a running gag in the series is the fact Shizuka is often interrupted by Nobita's sudden appearance, usually due to misuse of Doraemon's gadgets such as the Anywhere Door, ending with Shizuka shouting "Go away, pervert!" to Nobita. Her true passions are nice potatoes, which she'd keep to herself from the understanding of others alternatively, and the violin, in which her playing is really as horrendous as Gian's singing. She actually is also known for taking piano lessons unwillingly credited to her mother's needs (as she enjoys violin more), which is sometimes a reason for declining to hold out with friends (but she takes on piano very well than violin). Shizuka is an animal fan and retains two pets at home: a puppy, who's preserved from succumbing to illness by Doraemon and Nobita in one report; and a canary which runs away on multiple occasions and creating Shizuka and Nobita to perform around the location hunting her down.Because of Doraemon's intervention, Shizuka shall marry Nobita in the foreseeable future. At the moment, she does not have any particular crush (other than on Nobita, whom she secretly likes quite definitely), although she fancies some handsome idols on TV. Apart from Nobita, Gian, and Suneo, Shizuka is also close to classmate and popular pupil Dekisugi making Nobita jealous; though they consider the other person only as friends, Nobita often will try to prevent them from going along. In the closed captioning of Doraemon's Time Capsule, her Japanese name is retained while donating her journal to the capsule. It could be an mistake.
