He has often risked his life to help save others or even complete civilizations in full-length reports. Though he's been shown to be poor academically, the real reason for it is his laziness principally, and he in addition has anchored good marks in multiple shows, proving his credentials. Nobita can be very accountable and serious sometimes. Nobita is weak at most things but does have some strengths. For example, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora the Kid. He is able to also weave excellent string characters, is a superb archer, and a good comic booklet critic fairly, owing to the huge amount of time he spends on reading them. He is also very creative as it pertains to utilizing Doraemon's gizmos (in a single episode, he found a way to use a device called 'the broadcasting mirror' profitably, for advertising, even when Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for it).In the initial record where Doraemon did not interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he adores Shizuka), never sees a good job, starts his own business, and goes bankrupt eventually. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid each one of these from happening, as seen in several episodes where they happen to be the future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
