He has often risked his life to help save others or even complete civilizations in full-length experiences. Though he is shown to be poor academically, the reason behind it is his laziness principally, and he has anchored good markings in multiple shows also, proving his qualifications. Nobita can be quite sensible and serious sometimes. Nobita is weak for the most part things but has some strengths. For instance, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora a child. They can weave excellent string figures also, is a great archer, and a reasonably good comic reserve critic, owing to the huge amount of their time he spends on reading them. He is also very creative as it pertains to utilizing Doraemon's devices (in a single episode, he found a way to use a device called 'the broadcasting mirror' profitably, for advertising, even though Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for this).In the original background where Doraemon didn't interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he loves Shizuka), never detects a good job, begins his own business, and eventually goes bankrupt. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid all these from happening, as seen in several episodes where they happen to be the near future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
