WATCH DORAEMON IN NOBITA GREAT ADVENTURE INTO THE UNDERWORLDTHE SEVEN
Nobita's typical day involves arriving later to school, falling asleep during class, scoring zero (0%) (F's in the British dub) on his assessments, getting scolded by his instructor, being teased by his classmates Suneo and Gian, dropping in the curbside rainwater gutters, getting chased by dogs after mistakenly moving on the tails, getting grounded by his mother for not concluding his research, and being bullied by all his friends except Shizuka, who remembers Nobita's kind heart and soul and cares for him. He is also a coward who's scared by almost anything, particularly ghosts, and a cry-baby (a working gag in the show has Nobita crying and asking for Doraemon to bring out his gadgets, generally at the beginning of the show). He dislikes taking place outdoor activities along with his interest being taking a day reading or nap comics, right after school usually. In fact, sleeping and comic book reading are probably his only true hobbies; one story features Nobita falling asleep in three seconds simply by closing his eyes, while in others he chooses sleep over important events, such as watching the first sunrise on New Year's Day. The only thing stopping him from staying at home all the time, other than experimenting with Doraemon's gizmos, is Gian and Suneo bullying him to participate in baseball video games or criticisms from his parents and Doraemon to venture out and play.Regardless of the above flaws, Nobita is usually portrayed to be kind-hearted, emotional, honest, once in a while hard-working (like when he enters a wager with his friends) and sometimes courageous. He has often risked his life to assist in saving others or even complete civilizations in full-length testimonies. Though he is been shown to be poor academically, the reason behind it is especially his laziness, and he has also guaranteed good grades in multiple shows, proving his credentials. Nobita can be quite liable and serious at times. Nobita is weak for the most part things but has some strengths. For example, Nobita has excellent marksmanship which rivals (or even surpasses) Dora a child. He is able to weave excellent string figures also, is a great archer, and a fairly good comic booklet critic, due to the large amount of energy he spends on reading them. He's also very creative when it comes to utilizing Doraemon's gizmos (in one episode, he found a way to use a gadget called 'the broadcasting mirror' profitably, for advertising, even though Doraemon himself couldn't think of any use for it).In the original record where Doraemon did not interfere, Nobita marries Jaiko (Gian's sister, although he is in love with Shizuka), never sees a good job, starts off his own business, and eventually goes bankrupt. Doraemon succeeds on his mission to avoid each one of these from happening, as observed in several episodes in which they travel to the near future. Nobita eventually marries Shizuka and becomes an official in the Ministry of Environment.
